All Employees of the corporation are to be covered under insurance. Client will not be held responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by direct of Quality Lawn Care & Landscaping Service and its employees: however, client is fully responsible for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly through their own actions and the actions of their employees, agents, or guests.
